LG HG2 18650 3.6V 2400–2600mAh Li-ion Rechargeable Battery হলো original LG HG2 (LGDBHG21865) 18650 cell। এই listing-এ random বা mixed-brand battery দেওয়া হবে না—শুধুমাত্র LG HG2 cell দেওয়া হবে।
এগুলো used original battery cell, তাই brand-new battery নয়। ব্যবহারের কারণে wrapper-এ minor scratch, mark অথবা printed code-এর variation থাকতে পারে। তবে প্রতিটি cell capacity অনুযায়ী test এবং sort করে বিক্রি করা হয়।
প্রতিটি battery LiitoKala Engineer Lii-500 দিয়ে capacity test করে actual measured result অনুযায়ী 2400–2600mAh range-এ select করা হয়। Battery-এর nominal voltage 3.6V এবং full-charge voltage 4.2V।
এটি একটি flat-top, unprotected 18650 Li-ion cell। DIY battery pack, rechargeable electronics, backup power project এবং অন্যান্য compatible Li-ion applications-এ ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। Battery pack তৈরির সময় কাছাকাছি capacity, voltage এবং condition-এর cell match করে ব্যবহার করা recommended।
Capacity Testing Note: বাজারে পাওয়া অনেক ৳200–500 দামের সাধারণ capacity tester resistive load ব্যবহার করে test করে। তাই এসব tester-এর result আমাদের LiitoKala Engineer Lii-500-এর capacity test result-এর সঙ্গে সরাসরি match নাও করতে পারে। Testing-এর সময় অতিরিক্ত heat তৈরি হলে এবং দীর্ঘ সময় বা বারবার এভাবে test করলে cell-এর Health (SOH), Capacity ও Cycle Life ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে। ভালো মানের battery analyzer ব্যবহার করা recommended।
Safety Note: এটি unprotected Li-ion cell। Over-charge, over-discharge, over-current এবং short-circuit protection-এর জন্য application অনুযায়ী suitable BMS/Protection Circuit ব্যবহার করুন। Charging-এর জন্য proper 4.2V Li-ion CC/CV charger ব্যবহার করতে হবে। Battery puncture, short circuit, অতিরিক্ত heat বা modify করবেন না। Physical damage, leakage অথবা abnormal heating দেখা দিলে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
