18650 3.7V 1400–1600mAh Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery হলো original laptop battery pack থেকে সংগ্রহ করা used original 18650 Li-ion cell। এটি brand-new battery নয়। Laptop battery pack থেকে usable cells সংগ্রহ করে capacity test করার পর নির্দিষ্ট capacity range অনুযায়ী select ও sorted করা হয়।
এই listing-এর প্রতিটি battery LiitoKala Engineer Lii-500 দিয়ে capacity test করা হয় এবং actual test result অনুযায়ী 1400–1600mAh capacity range-এর cell সরবরাহ করা হয়।
Battery-এর nominal voltage 3.7V এবং full-charge voltage 4.2V। এটি standard 18650 size-এর flat-top, unprotected rechargeable Li-ion cell।
Original laptop battery pack থেকে সংগ্রহ করার কারণে stock অনুযায়ী Samsung, LG, Sanyo, Sony, Panasonic অথবা অন্যান্য original OEM manufacturer-এর cell পাওয়া যেতে পারে। তাই battery-এর brand, model, chemistry (ICR/INR), wrapper color এবং printed code ভিন্ন হতে পারে। নির্দিষ্ট brand বা color guarantee করা হয় না।
এই battery বিভিন্ন DIY electronics project, rechargeable light, emergency light, testing/experimental project, ছোট battery pack এবং অন্যান্য compatible 3.7V Li-ion application-এ ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। একাধিক cell দিয়ে battery pack তৈরি করলে কাছাকাছি capacity, voltage এবং condition-এর cell match করে ব্যবহার করা recommended।

আমাদের প্রতিটি battery LiitoKala Engineer Lii-500 দিয়ে capacity test করা হয়। বাজারে পাওয়া অনেক ৳200–500 দামের সাধারণ capacity tester resistive load ব্যবহার করে test করে, তাই এসব tester-এর result আমাদের LiitoKala capacity test result-এর সাথে সরাসরি match নাও করতে পারে।
এ ধরনের tester-এ testing-এর সময় battery অতিরিক্ত গরম হতে পারে এবং দীর্ঘ সময় বা বারবার এভাবে test করলে battery-এর Health (SOH), Capacity এবং Cycle Life ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারে। তাই capacity যাচাইয়ের জন্য ভালো মানের battery analyzer ব্যবহার করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

এটি একটি used এবং unprotected Li-ion cell। Over-charge, over-discharge, over-current এবং short circuit protection-এর জন্য application অনুযায়ী suitable BMS/Protection Circuit ব্যবহার করুন। Charging-এর জন্য proper 4.2V Li-ion CC/CV charging system ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
Battery-তে physical damage, leakage বা abnormal heating দেখা দিলে ব্যবহার করবেন না। Connection দেওয়ার আগে positive/negative polarity সঠিকভাবে নিশ্চিত করুন।
